The General Terms define the procedure for scheduling appointments, ordering products, payment, and returns or complaints for goods and services offered on the website https://timelessmedic.rs/ (hereinafter: “Website”).
The provider of the scheduled services and the seller of the goods ordered and paid for online is VERICA OGNJENOVIĆ PR TIMELESS MEDIC, Bulevar Oslobođenja 31A, local 1, Belgrade-Vračar (hereinafter: “Online Seller, Seller, or Service Provider”).
The Buyer of goods or services is a natural person registered on the Timeless Medic website, who schedules an appointment and pays for a service online, or who selects at least one product, adds it to the cart, submits the order, and pays for it.
Through the online Store, the buyer is enabled—via website registration—to schedule appointments for services offered on the Website, as well as to purchase all products available on the Website.
Service prices in the online Store are expressed without Value Added Tax (VAT), as VAT is not calculated for the stated services. Product prices are expressed with VAT included. All prices are in Serbian Dinars (RSD). Sale prices apply only to purchases in the online Store and may differ from prices at the physical location during specific promotional periods or sales incentives.
Services: Scheduled by registering on the Website and logging in with a username and password. Users select available slots and prices. Upon reservation, payment is processed directly on the site.
Products: Ordered by adding items to the cart. Once the order is confirmed and payment is made, the order is irrevocable (except in cases and procedures provided by applicable law).
Upon successful scheduling or ordering, the Buyer receives a contract document/confirmation.
The Seller/Service Provider explicitly states that services and goods cannot be delivered. Services are performed at the chosen time at the Service Provider’s location. Purchased products are collected at the Seller’s location after payment.
Payments for services and products are made via payment cards. In the case of returns, refunds are made exclusively to the current account provided by the buyer in the Withdrawal Form or Complaint Form.
Card Payments (DinaCard, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express): Data is entered on a secured form. Upon a successful transaction, funds are reserved, and the card is charged for the final purchase amount.
Complaints can be submitted electronically to office@timelessmedic.rs or directly to the seller. The buyer must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order specification, or payment confirmation).
Response Time: The Seller will confirm receipt of the complaint immediately and provide a formal response within 8 days.
Resolution: The deadline for resolving a complaint is 15 days.
Out-of-court settlement: If a complaint is rejected, the buyer may initiate an out-of-court consumer dispute according to Article 149 of the Consumer Protection Law.

The buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
Services: 14 days from the date the contract was concluded.
Goods: 14 days from the day the goods come into the buyer’s possession.
Exceptions: Withdrawal is not possible if the service has been fully performed with the consumer’s prior consent, or for goods prone to quality deterioration or sealed goods that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

Online scheduling and the Store are available 24/7. The website may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance or technical issues.
The Store reserves the right to change data on any part of the Website at any time without prior notice.
The Online Seller shall bear all obligations, costs, and responsibilities in the event that any administrative, misdemeanor, judicial, or other proceeding arising from the online trade conducted through the Store determines the Online Seller’s liability for non-compliance with legal obligations or these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase in the Online Store.
